I cannot find the products that I want on your website do you have more products available?
Simply view the online catalogues and email us a catalogue name and product code and we will sent you a quote. Or we have hundreds of sources for promotional products just ask and we will do the rest for you.

How do I figure out my total charges?
If you are not sure fill out the online Contact Form and we will send back a written Quotation / Invoice.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment may be made via Direct Deposit into our Bank Acc, PayPal for Credit Card Transactions or Cheque, any dishonoured cheques will incur bank fees at the liability of the customer.

How much is Shipping?
Shipping to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro Areas is Free and included in the Quote/ Invoice amount. We are happy to quote to all other areas.

What are your delivery Times?
Sydney next day Brisbane and Melbourne next day or the day after.
Major cities on the east coast similar to Brisbane and Melbourne
These time may vary depending on the shipping location.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit to me?
You will need to contact us within 5 full working days in writing or by email. If there are only a small number of breakages the will usually be a small over run which we can draw from to re-supply.
If you are concerned we advise that you insurance the shipment, we can organize at an additional cost. The freight company that supply our printed mugs have supplied them for years and are very reliable.

Can I order any quanity or must they be in carton multiples?
You can order any number over 36, some suppliers only supply in carton lots, others will supply exact amounts, please discuss with Global Promo Staff

Once I place an order how long before it will be delivered?
2 to 3 weeks after final acceptance of artwork.

Do you accept rush orders?
Yes we do and will attract a 20% surcharge and will be approximately one week from artwork to manufacture not including delivery, which is usually the next day for major capital cities, like Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. At certain times of the year this service will not be available, please call to discuss.

Once I place an order either online or by phone, do you send confirmation?
Yes you will receive a Invoice with the final price.

How do I send my logo?
Usually email is fine.

Are the mugs Dishwasher safe and Microwave safe?
Yes all our mugs (even Photo Mugs and High Definition Mugs) are High Fired and Microwave safe, except for gold and silver finishes.
