F.A.Q. Got a question? Let's try and answer it here Q What is an Indent Order? A. An Indent Order is an order made directly with an off shore or overseas manufacturer, mainly China. The product is made and logoed overseas. Due to the size of the order and the savings in the labour cost, an indent order represents a substantial saving. Q. What is your standard lead time on items? A. We try to be as flexible as possible to try and help you on all your orders. Some items, such as wristbands, and other like items we can do in 5-6 weeks. Other bulky items may take 8 - 10 weeks for delivery. But we will always try our best to meet a deadline, just ask us! Q. What is your minimum order value? A. Much like our lead times we like to be as flexible as possible, just remember you are sourcing a product from overseas to get the most value for your money, so the bigger the order, the better the price. Please try and provide us with as much information as possible for us to give you the best price possible. Q. What items do you do? A. Short answer, Everything! A. Long answer, we don't like to say 'no' and we love the challenge of finding something new or different. Just remember some items may take longer or are a bit more tricky, such as wood based items or any type of flora. Q. Do you offer pre production samples? A. Yes, this is a standard service on all of our orders. We can either do these via digital photo emailed to you or we have it sent to us via our FedEx account for you to approve. Q. Can we get a sample before placing an order? A. Due to the almost infinite number of items we can do we carry very limited numbers of samples. If it is critical for you to see a sample before proceeding, we can organise a sample for a small fee of $80, including delivery. This cost will be credited from your account once you place the order. Q. What are your payment options? A. We require a 50% deposit on placement of order, with the balance payable before delivery.
